Frequently Asked Questions
Can I skip the cover page?
Yes. For a ten-page document, enter 2-10 and start numbering at 1. The cover stays in the output but receives no added number.
What happens with nonconsecutive pages?
Selected pages are numbered consecutively in document order. For example, pages 1, 3 and 5 starting at 10 receive 10, 11 and 12. Formats containing a total use the final number, 12 in that example.
Does this replace existing page numbers?
No. New numbers are placed over the page content. Existing printed numbers and PDF page labels are not removed or changed. Preview placement to avoid overlaps.
Do I need to upload my report?
No. The PDF is edited in this browser tab. Use one ordinary unlocked PDF up to 30 MB and 100 pages; form and signature fields are not supported. Download the output before leaving.
