Kalika privacy policy
How Kalika handles files, inputs and connections.

Your files stay in your browser
Images and PDFs are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript and canvas. Kalika does not upload those files to a server or store them on a Kalika server. Text, QR content and calculator inputs remain in the current tab. The tools do not save them in browser storage.
No Kalika account required
No account, sign-up or login is needed to use Kalika’s tools. The tools do not ask for your name or email. Analytics is optional and stays off unless you choose Allow analytics. No advertising scripts are enabled.
Optional Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page-visit and basic browser/device information and uses analytics cookies. Kalika does not send your files, filenames, tool inputs, URL query strings or fragments to Analytics. The code disables advertising signals. Enhanced Measurement (including automatic form, search and download tracking) is disabled in the Google Analytics property. Analytics records standard page visits and basic session information after consent. Google receives ordinary connection information when your browser contacts its service. You can reject analytics and still use every tool. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision. Your consent choice and language preference are saved in this browser’s local storage. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes Kalika’s Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already received by Google.
Connections needed to run the site
Your browser requests pages from the hosting provider, fonts served with the site, and tool libraries served with the site. Cloudflare delivers these resources and receives ordinary page-request information; Kalika’s tools do not submit file or form contents to Cloudflare. Hosting services receive ordinary connection data such as an IP address and browser headers. They do not receive your selected files or tool text from Kalika. Hosting providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies.
The currency converter requests currency pairs from Frankfurter. It sends currency codes, not your entered amount. If Frankfurter is unavailable, the converter requests rates from ExchangeRate-API using only the source currency code. Conversion is calculated locally. Both services receive standard network information. Previously retrieved rates are held only in tab memory; backup responses are reused for up to an hour. Nothing is written to browser storage.
Email is optional
If you contact hello@kalikatools.com, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to the operator’s Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google process the email for delivery, and the operator receives your email address and message to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive files. Email is not required for any tool.
Advertising
No ads currently run on Kalika. If Google AdSense is introduced, this policy will be updated before activation and any required consent controls will be added. Google advertising services may use cookies; read how Google uses information from partner sites.
